Taipei sprint training.... 30mins, DaAn park, 8:00pm!!!!!!!!! As of June 1, 2008 we will be doing a light warm up followed by running up a hill 5, 6, 7 times now, then running up the hill 5,6 7 times again but faster. A quick and easy workout for those who work too much. Duncan will then take those willing into the bushes for the famous Longford One-On-One warm down.
